Tapas Night is our way of gathering the community for a relaxed, delicious evening of small plates, shareable bites, and curated drinks — all in the cozy, familiar space of Waypoint Coffee.

Sautéed shrimp in garlic-infused olive oil with chili and parsley. Served sizzling.

Crispy potatoes with spicy brava sauce and house-made garlic aioli.

Also known as botanas, are small, flavourful dishes meant for sharing. They're a tradition rooted in togetherness, and they reflect what Waypoint is all about: creating a space for people to gather, unwind, and support one another.

ABOUT THE CHEF

Andre Carvalho’s culinary journey started in Massachusetts. After running a restaurant in Brazil and earning awards here in Manitoba, Andre now leads Support Services at Salem Home. He’s passionate about bringing people together through food—and our tapas night is a reflection of that heart.
